Die GNU Affero General Public License, kurz AGPL, ist eine von der General Public License (GPL) abgeleitete Lizenz mit Copyleft. Sie wurde in ihrer ursprünglichen Form von der Firma Affero gemeinsam mit der Free Software Foundation (FSF) entworfen, um die Freiheiten des Benutzers auch für Software zu schützen, die als Dienst über ein Netzwerk zur Verfügung gestellt, aber nicht im eigentlichen Sinn weitergegeben wird. Dies wird durch die GPL nicht gewährleistet.
